Free to Rent Bicycle on Campus
University of Phayao has a policy to promote the use of bicycles for traveling within the university. By providing bicycles for students to use for free. This project is to support walking and biking as the main travelling way, to development in students and staff's better quality of life, prevention from pollution and promote physical and mental well-being. University of Phayao developed the landscape for biking since 2017, which is not changing traffic roads to be the pedestrian walkways which vehicles are not allowed to enter this area but only serve as the university's activity area with shady of trees and carbon absorption along the road over 3.5 kilometers.
